50 wins for Montreal.

It looks like this should be a fantastic first round.
Looking forward to playoff hockey for some reason this year...

Well Ottawa did it and they might even finish third...

At the start of the game the odds at the casino was 40:1 too Winn the cup.

One minute before the end of the game they 30:1.

Too bad again that one Canadian team is out for sure after the first rounds...

Go Habs Go :):D:)

Two out of 5 playoff bound Canadian teams will be eliminated for sure in round one. Just the way the puck bounces....

Apparently some of us misjudged what the loss of Boychuck and Iginla would lead to....

Arguably, Iggy's departure from Calgary helped change the chemistry in the room and on the ice. It allowed the Flames to make some big changes in a short period of time.
Iggy is a fine hockey player and has been a scoring contributor for each team he has played with.
Boychuk is a pretty solid d man to trade away without much return for this season. Maybe down the line it will help the Bruins. He must be pretty happy to be playing for the Islanders right now!

The Bruins suck this year. Sad but true.

The clean-up is under way... Bruins fire GM Chiarelli, leave Julien twisting - Sportsnet.ca

But will miss... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6cr89xbl26g

I predict Chiarelli is gone (and IMO rightfully so).

He may have had successes but he has cost the team long term with poor cap management, bad trades, and not enough young players.

Here we go...

Montreal is on a down spiral so a win tonight against the Bruins would be good :D:):D

Fixed it for ya.
What's an Ottawa guy doing routing for the Habs anyway?

Tonight's game take a little bit of the sting from the Winter Beatdown away.
