Olympic Time New Vehicle Purchase?
Pulled in front of the Honda dealer at 9am. Drove off with Cathy's CRV at 10 after 10.
Would have been quicker but it was parked inside behind a sporty Civic and the salesman wanted photos. Jim

We were in and out in under 30 buying my wife's Maxda5. Price and specific car was already negotiated, and knowing that we were from out of town they had the car washed, full of gas, and the paperwork pre-completed. Took a quick drive, wrote a check, signed a few forms, and headed home.

I bought my new escape without ever setting foot at the dealer. Did all the docs via email and one fedex overnight. They called when it was in and my folks picked it up for me. Easy!

When I bought my Golf I filled out all of the forms myself.

When I bought my '99 GMC Suburban new back in 98, GMC was having some kind of strike, and you were lucky to even find a Suburban at all. After 5 minutes of haggling, I gave in and wrote a check for full pop MSRP and was out the door in 15 minutes. They even threw in a full tank of gas, which at 42 gallons was something to be pretty happy about ![]()
