I record "CBS Sunday Morning" on my Direct TV dvr to watch later in the morning. For the third time it tried to record it off of a CBShd channel that isn't part of my package when it was available on my local CBS station which is included. WTH?

Trying to figure out which few, out of my large tool chest of tools, to pack for a long two week, 5,000 mile road trip in my 31 year old Porsche 911. I really don't expect a problem but I have to have a few tools with me. There is not room for all the tools I own that I think are real helpful.

My leaf skimmer for the pool has a hole in it. I had to buy a new one.

I go to the oral surgeon's clinic for a follow up for some oral surgery that I had had done to remove a growth on my gum. I wait an hour and a quarter and the office gal at the front called me up. I am terribly sorry about the long wait and oh the results are not in(test results to show if the growth was malignant or non malignant). She said I will reschedule your appointment. I said I will call the day before to see if the results are in!

Is identity theft a first world problem? My former employer got hacked and my info is out there now. So far 4 attempts to get a credit card in my name and some fraudulent purchases have been caught. What a pain in the arse!

I don't think this is a first world problem. If you have been waiting on new porcelain veneers then yes that would be first world.

I hope the results come back clear.

Today we went to the grocery store. We almost always went early on Sunday morning anyway. Crowds were back to normal pretty low as desired and planned. The TP aisle is fully stocked and the store is mostly back to normal. We do not need TP anyway, but it is there.

Our first world problem was they have arrows on the floor for the aisles. We normally hit the produce aisle first and then the regular aisles. Now the arrows make us go "backwards" from our routine. It is a pain to have to pick out the food from the "wrong" side of the row of well stocked shelves. We can afford to buy whatever we need, but the aisles backward issue is a pain in the butt. Fortunately we are tough Americans and muddled through.

I ordered toilet paper online from Walmart, our 'fav' brand so my wife wouldn't have to get up yesterday at 6:30 am to hit the closest store by opening time only to hit the TP rack just in time to get the last pak. Unfortunately it won't arrive until Tuesday.........

At least you're following the arrows! I went to the store at the weekend. I followed the arrows, but met a number of people heading in the opposite direction. FFS! It's a simple instruction, but there are plenty of numbskulls unable to comply.
Makes me really dislike going to the grocery store more than normal.

You need to hit the series record from the Guide page when it is actually playing or you need to scroll to it and land on the Guide page and series record there. If you do search and record, it will grab anything.

Gas went up to 1.59/gallon. Was 1.39. Bummer.
It was fun while it lasted.
