I thought a "Tejas toothpick" was a long, thin, folding knife?
Yeah, I know, picking nits as it were... cool knife either way.

Hope you enjoy it! Fwiw, there are some videos on YouTube as far as making your own sheath out of PVC pipe. This knife would look decent with a Gray schedule 40 conduit imho. Would be a cool project and would look as good as a commercial kydex sheath. A leather sheath would look okay, but the problem with leather is that it can retain moisture which would be bad for the 5160 high carbon steel.

What amazed me was that I grind by hand using no jigs and when I went to mail these knives out, there was less than .20 of an ounce difference between all of them. Pretty cool considering the size and thickness of the stock.

Big Knives..........

I like large blades also. A while back I bought a nice sized damascus blade Bowie and then found this. It is a D guard Bowie with a 15" damascus blade. Almost more of a sword than a belt knife!

I like your blades also. Nice and rugged looking with a well done parachute cord grip. Just for a size reference, how long is the blade?
