Always good to see someone actually drive their Porsche. I drove a heavily modified 997S home from St Louis last week in moderate snow on RE11s. Fun stuff.

He really rolled the dice driving that car on those tires through that part of the country in this part of the year. And he lost big time.

Lucky he didn't die. Seriously.

I do a lot of long trips on a Motorcycle..........I'm always looking at weather maps and often divert to avoid issues...........

Seems he could have went east a bit and sailed home with very little snow?

Back when I was a kid a huge snowstorm was an expected thing at Thanksgiving. With the global warming thing we have had a reprieve from the early storms for many years. Hopefully we can get back to winters that stay white until spring. Hate it when the outdoor rinks turn to slush.
