Looks like she already has had some metal work done (rockers.) Is this to fix what someone else did or smooth and blend the previous work?

How's the hoop setup work? I have an Accessible Systems rotisserie but did look at this setup. I did not go this route because my sandblaster guy was worried the roller mechanism would get clogged up with sand and he would not be able to spin it while in the blasting booth.
