OK Sports Fans - a name to watch - Kyler Murray
Watched the Texas HS Class 6A (the big boy schools) state championship game broadcast live from Jerry's World in Dallas lost night. Had heard about this kid but this was the first chance to see. Damn:
First person named an Under Armour All American in 2 sports. Projected first round pick in upcoming MLB draft. (2nd base, SS. or center fielder) Father was All American QB at A&M, he has committed to A&M but baseball $$millions might change that?? Uncle is former MLBaseball player and works for Scott Boras (big-time agent) so baseball could call. Very quick, fastest player on the field with an arm like a cannon. As one announcer said, the moves and speed of Eric Dickerson with Tom Brady's arm. On the 3rd play of the game he hit a wide receiver 50 yards downfield and the receiver never broke stride High school record as starting QB: 43 - 0 and 3 straight state championships. His only possible downside football wise: 5' 11" - which is very similar to Russel Wilson. Will be interesting to see what happens with him...

I love football, but if my son were in that position I'd encourage him to play baseball. Longer careers, less serious injuries, longer contracts with more guaranteed money. My 10 year old is good at both, but not THAT good.

At 5'11" he might have to place baseball unless he is quick enough to be WR.
