At least we didn't BOW to them.

I am sure Hilgar, potus, holder were running around looking for the RESET button ...LOL

I think NK did it themselves out of some idea that a counter-cyber attack was coming. Shutting down would insulate them. I truly doubt our leadership did anything at all. We already drew the line in the sand...that's normally as far as it goes.

I read somewhere that NK only has a few thousand IP addresses for a population of about 24 million...
I guess the impact was minimal. |
Actually, it's just about a thousand. Saw that yesterday.

It wouldn't be hard to do a DDoS attack on such a tightly controlled gateway for that country.

It's definitely not our administration's style to retaliate unless they've procrastinated several weeks. If they did, it's the equivalent
to a pillow fight. If the administration really wants to get Tubby's attention, I have a few ideas..... http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1419442571.jpg |

Shutting down their internet is about as serious to them as if our enemy shut down all the Red Lobsters in America. |
Small update. Look at Google today. They are streaming "The Interview" for free. I just may watch this.

It's not free, but very cool that they rolled it out this way.

Can we make it so that's all they can see online in N Korea?

I think someone did something to NK's system to say "you don't want to go there" |
