Every year my department voulenteers at the local habitat for humanity. There is a group of 70+ yo retired guys that are there every time, swinging hammers and climbing scaffolding all with hustle.

Of course they want to get started at 5 am and break for dinner at 3 pm.

Sounds like my grandpa. 85 years old, recovering from prostate cancer and he's up there re-doing the roof of his house, alone. I've never been able to beat him arm wrestling.
