I loved all the Kim content... so cool. I was concerned she wouldn't be in these last two episodes at all. I'm hoping for more in the finale.

Me too - even though they made her a bit dowdy - I still love her character - inside and out!

I don't thnk things will end will for Jimmy/Saul...I base this on both his history, but mostly on the title of the final episode: "Saul Gone."

***Important note at the end to those using a DVR to record the show.***

From the FanWiki:

Trivia:

"Saul Gone" is a play on words, sounding similar to "it's all gone," in the same way that the alias "Saul Goodman" sounds like "it's all good, man".

This episode marks the 99th and final appearance of Bob Odenkirk as Jimmy McGill/Saul Goodman across the Breaking Bad universe.

It will also mark the final appearance of Rhea Seehorn as Kim Wexler.

In addition to being the final appearance that Bryan Cranston will make as Walter White, this episode marks his final appearance as the character and will make him the actor who has appeared longest across the Breaking Bad universe, beginning with his first appearance in "Pilot" broadcast on January 20, 2008, and making him the only actor with screen time from the first episode of Breaking Bad to the final episode of Better Call Saul.

This also makes Bryan Cranston the only actor to appear in both "Felina" and "Saul Gone", the respective final episode of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul, Bob Odenkirk's final appearance in Breaking Bad was in the penultimate episode "Granite State".

Writer and director of this episode, Peter Gould, stated he had extreme anxiety editing the final episode of Better Call Saul and said that this episode is wildly different to any other finale ever created.

This episode is the final entry in the Breaking Bad universe.

According to TV schedules on the day of the airing, the finale will have a projected runtime of over 1 hour and 5 minutes without commercials, making this episode the longest in terms of length between Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul.

Crap, I hadn’t thought of this.

Disappointing. Anti-climatic. Great series. Lackluster finale.

Full circle. Jimmy and Kim re-united. And rightly so.

Turns out this adventure has been a love story all along.

At the end we see Jimmy go against everything Saul ever represented. Because of his love for Kim.

I don't know how it could have had a better ending than this.

My only nit is the last segment with the actors thanking us fans. I think that should have been done in either an ad or different platform - at the very least not right after the ending of a six year series with an ending I was still processing. The last thing I want is something to remind me this is just a TV show with actors and actresses. Let me please savor the finale without interruption - do that part some other time.

Agree with Baz. The entire show had a bittersweet undercurrent and the finale turned that up all the way while leaving a sliver of hope for the flawed but recovering protagonists. I already miss Monday nights with AMC.

Wanted Breaking Bad/El Camino fireworks finale. Got Casablanca/Gone With The Wind.
