I made a new 150 MPH MP3 CD tonight. You have to love being able to put 180 tunes on a CD! Here is the list, if these won't get your blood pressure up I don't know what will. What do you think, pretty good fast driving music?

Just over a year ago I handed my hard earned money over to the garage owner, got in my 1981 SC and left the forecourt. Not long after I was on the autobahn, it was pouring down with rain and getting dark - I wonder if the CD player works? I thought. I switched it on and on came 'Riders on the Storm' by the Doors. The previous owner had left the cd in - it couldn't have been more fitting.

This year I went to France for the Le Mans Classic - I listened to a JImmy Hendrix compilation sometimes - but mostly I just wound down the windows and listened to 'Flat Six' by Porsche.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am out of space, my next 150 MPH version will have to be a 2 CD set. I did overlook Hendrix, I had Magic Carpet Ride (the origional) but it got bumped due to lack of space, I will look into Overseer-Stompbox. I also have a mello CD with a ton of tunes, Green Grass and High Tides lives there! Does anyone out there have a MP3 player installed in their car? I am using a MP3 (walkman like) player and a RF transmitter to send it to the head unit. This setup stinks, it fades when you get near a "real" station on that frequency.
