Dave Grohl interview w/ Sam Jones
If you get the chance, watch Off Camera with Sam Jones and the DG interview.
It's on Audience channel. I am not a big Nirvana fan but really dig what Dave Grohl has done since then. He really shows some great insight on what makes him successful. It may be surprising to some.

Met him waiting for a plane at Dulles. Very down to earth guy.
