Here's a nice winter home for all you guys freezing back east!

I hear its cold in some parts of the country! I'm holding an open house Saturday at this home that would be a perfect second home for someone! Has a huge patio and a hot tub so you could enjoy being outside in the perfect weather here in AZ! 70 here today!

Beautiful winter home in Sunny AZ!

Does it have one?

You guys saying it's not that cheap or that you can get more sqft for less elsewhere are forgetting the three most important things in real estate. Location, location, location. You could get that size house for much less or a bigger house for the same out in queen creek or maricopa, but those are farther out from the city and less desirable places. Gilbert has some of the best schools in AZ and is ranked one of the best places to live in the U.S.

Oh and Enzo, Texas ain't AZ. I've lived in both, and I think my current location says it all. They still get snow in Texas! We get some on the edges of the valley once every few years, but here in town it rarely gets below 40, plus we have awesome mountains nearby, 2hrs from snow skiing, 5 hrs from the beaches of SoCal!

I didn't write the listing. Wish I had the power to edit that!

Gilbert IS a nice town. But the whole Phoenix area is just too damn hot for me. I'm a few hours SE of you guys. We get snow every year (very little of it, except higher in the mountains), and we're generally 10-15 degrees cooler than you in the summer. Spring/Fall weather down here is about as close to perfect as I've experienced, outside of Hawaii.

Yes it's hot in the summer, but without the humidity it's not too bad. I prefer it over summer in Houston honestly.

Some of the smaller places out in the mountains of AZ are gorgeous. I think when it's time to slow down and retire we will move out of the big city.

That would run $800k+ in Honolulu. We couldn't even build that house for $200k!

Does a Mustang fit in that tiny garage, or just a well set up 944?
