The woman was a close relative... very sad...history of mental illness in husband, wife tried to keep it together despite beatings shelters, restr. orders.. the whole bit.... guy staged it such that oldest son would discover it... just horrible. three young kids which all of us are now figuring out how to absorb.. bad juju

geneman, really sorry to hear about the closeness of this tragedy. I hope your family is able to find peace in focusing on repairing the damage to the three chrildrens' lives.
