120/74 bp, 68 bpm

Had a Company physical today. 120/74 blood pressure, 68 heart rate, FEV= good, FEV1= good, both for 61 y/o. Up the ass=good. Sawpalmetto is your friend, even though with a few beers in me I can still wizz over a very small car. 5'10" and 173 lbs, says I should lose 5-10 lbs. Whatever. 34" waist.

Went to lite beer a few weeks ago,

If you weighed 165 people would start asking you if you're sick.

Congrats!

Good report, keep on doing your yoga or swimming, or clearing brush on your property, whatever it is you do, keep doing it, including the booze and occasional cigar.

Dance more, people that dance are supposed to be at lower risk for dementia.

Yep, when I was at 200 I looked like death and that was still more than the "ideal" weight for 6'2". People kept asking if I was OK.

Pics of the over-the-car-whizzing thing?

On second thought... Nah. All good.

Congrats on a good report and clean bill of health!

I'm 5'10" also and now about 185 wearing a 34" jean. I weighed 165 for many years and so many people on almost a weekly basis, would comment how skinny I was because I have a thin neck and it is the only thing visible most of the time. There common statement would be some like "what do you weigh, a buck twenty five ?"

It would blow them away when I stepped on the scales. I honestly think the average weight of the working class person has balooned to 225-250.
