Fellow Wants to Trade Guns + Cash for Moto - Advice, Please.

I don't even shoot what I have so I'm not terribly interested...but do any of you gun gurus see anything that may increase in value over time?
If so, what's a good price for whatever you decide?
Thanks for any help.

"So I have too many guns and I thought it might be time to pare down my list. I am 64 and interested in your DRZ as it might work well for me on the back roads in Henderson, Nevada.

I have attached a list of my pistols and revolvers (I have no shotguns or rifles) so you can see if anything strikes your fancy.
If there is, I can send you photos and history of the gun as I know it.
I have also kept track of how much ammo has been through each gun when I have owned it.
I'll wait to hear back from you to see if you have any interest in a partial swap
Thanks."

Sorry to say I looked through that list and experienced a tremendous feeling a "meh". If you don't shoot much anyway then I don't see anything investment-grade, unless the 1903 Colt is in really nice condition.

Nothing tickled me either.
I already have a couple of them and variations on a few more.
.
Thanks for looking.

The walthers could be worth something but the 1903 Colt is the only thing that caught my eye. Plus all of these are pistols and have to be transferred legally. Depending on who is doing the transfer it will add up. I also think BATF has rules about how many can be transferred to a private owner non FFL at one time. I could be wrong..

Transfer costs was a consideration of mine, also.
I thought that if he had something I couldn't do w/o, I'd buy.
Nope.

That list is only good if you need to arm a small band of street thugs, who you don't mind if they die

Yes. From day one.
Some folks have babies, my babies are my toys.
When I lived in CA I had 15 motos...most were in my house.
My 600 sq ft. back room, mostly.
The pretty ones, in my living room.
I'm a sot, I admit it.

The boberg could be interesting.....but I've heard they're pretty finicky about ammo.....still a pretty neat design

Yeah, Bobergs are neat, but not worth the time/money if you're not going to carry. Maybe if Boberg pulls a Rohrbaugh and sells out to Remington they'll be worth something some day.

But probably not.
