That was well done...they had to figure the right ground speed so that the aircraft didn't get unstable on the trailer before they could go flying. The first time I watched it I thought the pilot was a bit aggressive on the pull, but it is clear he had the right combination of ground speed and headwinds.
We use truck mounted jigs all the time in small UAS tests. I'll post some pics.

With the right headwind many STOL planes can hover. There are some excellent videos on YouTube. Using a trailer is cheating in comparison.
