Funny User Names

We have an automated userid generator for employee network accounts. It takes the users first name and last name then makes up an ID. Every now and then we get some really funny ID's that is displeasing to the users so they ask us to change it. The two funniest I've seen:

etabarf
lovecrack

Any of you run into this?

P.S. Delta is late AGAIN so just burning time at the airport.

I know our automated user ID system has a number of strings that it checks for and rejects if present. There are just certain words that you never want in a user ID. Most of the time you end up with a nonsensical string of letters and numbers.

I had a auto-generated name from a bicycle site...

"disinfestationextinguisher"

Seriously? How the hell did I get that?

Is that sort of like antidisestablishmentarianism?
