Does this car have anything in common with production 3.2 911's ?

Oh WOW!!!! Love to see cars like this brought to public auction A lot of times, it seems they change hands quietly with no fan fare. This one deserves a bit of a show. Be interesting to see what it goes for (with estimates of 7 to 8 mil).
