356 for sale. Cheap.

Some assembly required!

Porsche 356 1960 convertible cabriolet CLEAN title

1960 PORSCHE 356

VIN: 150XXX
cylinders: 4 cylinders
drive: rwd
fuel: gas
odometer: 1325640
paint color: grey
size: compact
title status: clean
transmission: manual
type: convertible

The core building blocks needed to resurrect a 1960 cabriolet.
Nice solid doors, loaded with glass, vent wing, door panel, etc.
clear visible vin. You get from the doors forward. I do have the rear torsion, a seat, misc parts.
Partial rear firewall, rear torsion, rusty rusty.
This was left years ago, and we have a clear title.
This can be palletized and shipped anywhere as freight.

This is your opportunity to invest in the only auto market that is climbing faster than Ferrari did. No, it's not a speedster, but it is an open car!

To think I once owned a 56 coupe back in the late 70's. Sold it for 1700 dollars. Don't want to even think about what it would be worth now.

Whoa. The pile of 356 junk I have in my storage shed is beginning to look like a retirement plan.

That's a lot of cash to pay for a VIN.

I remember when you could buy a nice 356 for that kind of money.

A couple years ago a guy sold a firewall from a 356 for $25K on Ebay. Basically the vin plate.

The vin plate is on a panel screwed to the door frame. It's also stamped into the front structure just in front of the gas tank. You could reproduce both for a hundred dollars.
I've junked half a dozen vin plates along with the car carcasses. My dad used to tell me not to throw anything away. I thought he was crazy.

That's local to me if someone needs me to check out the floorpans! I don't think they have ANY rust (they are non-existent however.)
