We're already kind of at cyber-war. Coordinated but restrained(ish) stuff like this is like USSR bomber incursions in our airspace or a few rounds across the DMZ - foolish but indicative of different intentions.

There are millions of systems that have outages every week. If they all ran perfectly there would be a lot of unemployed engineers.

Plus my chromecast went down with a tech issue! will not boot to full screen. Goggle is working on a fix, as it does the same for everyone. So now I know its a hack! How else to screw with our minds than F up are video streaming!
