I would search for New York lawyers that specialize in traffic violations. Sounds like you were targeted for being out of state, not uncommon in the WG area. Was it a local or state trooper? Good luck.
They stop folks for being cross eyed down there. |

Speaking from experiencer, give it a few days, The citation records are all public records and you will soon get some letters from attorneys that specialize in chasing ambulances, oops, I mean traffic court violations.
State Trooper followed me for 10 miles and finally got me for 'failure to signal a lane change'. Points are not reciprocal in NJ, so I paid the fine. Bill K

Figured as much. They can be stinkers in that area but they prey on out of state cars. I used to live in CT but have a home in upstate NY. I'm lucky they still allow me to drive. Can't understand why they didn't like me. Good luck.

Great! Glad to help. Joe is one of those "real" lawyers. A judge I know originally recommended him to me and I figured judges know the hawks from the chickens.
