Tickets are $80 for all three days at the Shell station in Salinas. On the way to the track and no lines.

I've been slacking off and not posting on the board here for ages, but I will be there Saturday and Sunday. Looking forward to seeing a few old friends, but would love to meet more Pelicans.

I am leaving Friday morning with a friend in his Boxster, but I still don't have tickets and was thinking about buying it at the track. How much are they normally if bought on line? Where is this gas station in Salinas?

Tix are $80 online (3 days) or $110 at the gate IIRC.

Can't make this time :(. Earlier today I did head south from San Luis Obispo on Hwy's 101 and 154. Seemed like there was a Porsche every minute or so headed northbound. Lots of headlight flashing and waves. Not something that happens around here everyday ;)

Nah we will be fine today. Yesterday both the women left with the kids and cars. Finally had to make one of them come back.

Merchandise was selling like crazy. Lines to buy stuff were like this all day long. More vendors at this event than I've ever seen here before.

Hey thanks for the pics! Brings back memories of the Rennsport I attended in Daytona some years back except for that long line :D. Just a totally cool event all the way around imo ;)
