I am not going to deal with this, OK?" the dispatcher says. It seemed from the tape that Sanchez hung up on the caller in mid-sentence. 911 call - deal with it yourself

The dispatcher needs to be fired, and banned from any dispatch duty forever.
I would hazard a wild assed GUESS that 99.95% of the callers calling 911 that are dealing with a dying person are just a little bit stressed and may use a profane word when asked the same question they have answered several times.

He should go back to flipping burgers, but he is/was also a driver for the FD there.
I can't imagine a time when someone is dying that a 911 caller would not be a little frazzled. When our daughter was on with a 911 dispatcher she was getting short with him because he asked about a dozen times what the address was and neither of us knew the address. Then he insisted on talking to me and she told him I was getting the guy down from hanging upside down off his tractor at which point he asked for the address again. Even after giving the intersection he insisted on knowing the address but at least he didn't hang up on her.
