Well, it's down to just needing to borrow a torque wrench so I don't have to buy one, (already own in every size but in L.A., of course). Turns out I can fix the motor in the truck.

Anyone I can bribe into loaning me a 3/8 drive decent torque wrench for a half day? I will be very careful handling it and buy a nice dinner. :)

Thanks a million, you guys! I think that John Walker is going to be closest, (plus I owe him a visit and want to stop by his shop). Seattle is awesome, I'd only been here once before and it was during the wet/cold time of year. It's gorgeous now.

Tonight I am having dinner with a cousin I haven't seen in years in who lives here. Her husband works for MS but formerly worked for Ferrari F1 team for 10 years as a tech geek, I can't wait. I've never met him, he's from France.
