Anyone Know Porsche Tractors
There is a Porsche/Renault tractor for sale locally. Cheap, and running (reportedly).
Are they any good? Or junk?

I know Porsches and I know a little about Renault, but I've never heard of a Porsche-Renault. They officially stopped building Porsches in 1963. Renault has been building tractors since the 1920s.
