From the TV news it sounds like he is. The authorities are looking for a sniper shooting at cars on I-10. Wow! Bad pookie.

I hope they catch the I-10 sniper soon... that is scary stuff.
The guy in the video above is hilarious, but that panelling in that room... wow. At first I thought, "how was this goober able to afford the Buffalo Bill house?" Here he is making mincemeat out of a bunch of water bottles... this is the guy you want with you during the breakdown of society, I tell ya... but you better have a lot of food stashed somewhere.

Ok I'm actually pretty impressed by this guy. I expected all the water bottles to go flying around as though they were hit with a bat, not actually get cut in half.

Billy would have to have cut his hair, and their were not women in leather in those videos, I am guessing, so it is a different guy for sure. I thought this was going to be about the shooting at cars deal, which I suppose it sort of is now too. That being the case, if he were the one doing it, he would only be shooting Toyotas.

I'd really be stoked to see a weight loss transformation sort of thing with the bottle cutter down to fighting weight by the end of the video.
It's also not a passing thing with him; he was out there across several seasons in various layers of clothing. Guys on the curb recycle truck must wonder what the hell goes on at that one house...
