Yeah, I feel the same way, but my thoughts are that let someone else fawk him. No need for me to dirty my hands. Got what he deserved with their car smashed up right when the new baby is born. Between the move, new baby and having to deal with the accident or maybe a new car, he must feel it finically and emotionally.

here is what i have figured out based on problems with my neighbor.

be the first to call the police.

we could not get one of our dogs to come in one night and she started barking about 2am. my wife got up and let her back in.
the Ahole called the plolice the next day and told the police we leave our dog out every night and it barks all night. (the lied). even though i admitted to what happened that night the poilce threatened to write a $300 ticket. (later the cop told me he could not do that because HE did not hear the dog). even though i was honest and told him all that has been going on and how he calls the police on me for any sutpid reason (none have been valid. in fact the police tell HIM to get along with the neighbors) i was treated like i was GUILTY. there was no reasoning with the police even though the neighbor lied about the facts.

he has called the police on me for:
shooting my gun- legal
my dog on his property.- he had to revoke that one because his dog(s) were on my property
i put a 4x8 sheet of plywood on the edge of the property line saying "privete property rednecks do it better"- the cop laughed at that one, (i did it to be funny)
my kids were walking on brooke greens property- they told him they did not care and to get along with neighbors

he posted this facing my property. there are 2 signs. the other is barely out of pic

he did this aftyer agreeing to let the kids walk thru his property to play with each other. then asked them not to and i agreed. no need to post the signs.
he also posted about 4 or 5 others down the side where the kids walk around jios porperty. none on the other side BTW
