Can you guys juggle 2-3 good TV series at a time?

I can't.... its all I can do to just keep up with Homeland Season 5.

Parts Unknown, Fargo, re-watching Deadwood and Long Way Down are all on the back burner for now.

DVR is your friend.

Toss in a Slingbox and you can access your DVR while traveling, you seem to spend a lot of time n the air.

I manage to record 1 series and I don't watch all of those. Is TV really that important?

I can handle only one tv series at a time. Thank God for easy retro access.

Using the DVR, I am able to keep up with two series; Gotham and Walking Dead. That's about all the time I spare for TV.

Thing is, there may be genuine valid artistic expression missed by glossing over.

Not an argument. Just my take. One at a time is my recommendation.

With DVR and On Demand, I can keep up with Walking Dead, Fargo and Homeland. Been saying for years I was going to re-watch the complete "The Wire" but can't seem to get started on it... quite a commitment of time that one is..

As long as I am able bodied, I have no use for TV. Maybe later in life I can watch some re-runs.

About the only series/soap I really enjoy is Coronation Street (Grenada UK). But they have put it on later in the evening to make room for all the master chiefs and building renovation competition series going on. Which I HATE. And on Friday they have Coronation Street stacked up into a two hour session. I've been a fan for forty or fifty years but two hours on a Friday night s even too much for me.

Nope. I only really watch The Walking Dead and am already three episodes behind this season. DVR is great but you still have to catch up sometime.

I've considered on of those boxes where you program into it "record all of..." and that would suit me.

I don't need to see any more shows than two a week, my wife, on the other hand, has the DVR filled up with all sorts of new series that i've never seen, and quite frankly, don't care to. To try to sit down and watch Monday, or Thursday night football can't be done, because she is already taping too many shows to have a choice.

I like to binge watch tv shows. I wait until the entire season shows up on Netflix or Amazon and watch the whole season over the course of a couple weeks.

I can, but I don't. I don't watch enough TV.

I rarely watch TV. When I do, I usually use Hulu and watch an episode or 3 while "being lazy." My wife watches a lot of TV (again, on Hulu). She watches at least 5-6 series religiously.
