Well the new CEO is from Porsche...

Pure speculation: Audi and Porsche will be broken up again as separate companies from VW.

First off Porsche lost their CEO to VW.

I am sure the billions in lost revenue will cause problems at all the VW owned companies.

And calling what they did a Faux Pas is a mega understatement. It was a very calculated direct criminal act. It is like calling a armed bank robbery just a miscommunication.

They will revert to the bare minimum and do what they do best: Build SUVs!

I wonder what would have happened if Porsche had bought VW. Wouldn't that have been a bummer?

Porsche's engine chief also will be gone (due to his previous VW job).
And the rumored Audi F1 takeover of redbull is dead.

yeah the biggest effect is the leadership is either getting dismissed, or promoted.

i hope the next generation is able to keep the company profitable, without selling the brand out (like BMW has). the current leadership did a great job of balancing SUVs, CUVs and the pannamera, while still developing better and better sports cars. hopefully they can continue this.

I read on another site that it may affect Audis LeMans efforts and some of the lesser Porsche racing efforts, mainly in Europe. Just speculation now
