The goalies won't like that format. The fans will. It's a bit like an All-Star game, but whatever, replace one gimmick with another.
Also, worst penalty shot call ever at about 1:30 of that video...

That was a pretty awesome 2 1/2 minutes. Maybe they should play the whole game 3 on 3!
