You need to stay away from the caffiene in the late afternoon/evening.

"Hey Glenn, go get the beer out of the trunk" "Steve, which trunk?" See, if you use trunk for both.... |
So, I am backing out of a parking space. I am almost fully backed out of the spot, and there is no need to keep backing up since I am now perpendicular to the spot. Yet, I inch it back a little bit more and CRUNCH. I've just backed into another car. I get out and the trunk is dented in and so is the quarterpanel. Big damage for just slowly backing into something. I then roll over in bed, and am relieved it was only a dream.

I drive the 911 to an unfamiliar place and stay over for the weekend.
There is a big rain. My 911 is parked on the street. A few hours later, I step outside and the water is ankle deep. Damn! I go to bed. I wake up the next day and the water waist deep. Down at the road where the 911 is parked, the water is 15 feet high. Full blown catastrophe and mayhem of panic. People are evacuating and stampeding in panic. My 911 is gone, even though I know it is flooded, I want to know where it is. Maybe it was moved by rescue evacuation services. Maybe they put in neutral and moved it? But the steering would have been locked without the key. I find a woman who seems to be in charge of things. She has a letter for me. Good, she must know me as the owner of the 911 that was moved, I guess. I open the letter, and it is some kind of For Sale ad for her daughter's Pontiac. Some ****ing Pontiac!! And it's not even in English. She informs me the asking price is 3.2 million Lira or something, which means nothing to me, and not the normal KBB value of 1.5 million Lira because I need to take into account that it only has 13k miles....or kilometers, or whatever. At this point, I am just thinking WTF, this lady has no information on my 911, and I don't give a damn about some stupid PONTIAC. Then I woke up. I think I will go for a drive this morning. |
So, there is a huge flood.
The garage is totally gone! Where did it go? Collapsed or washed away? No way, the 911 is gone?? I am swimming in neck deep water towards the garage. Is that the roof lurking under the murky water? I can't believe it. This can't be real. Then I woke up. I think I would go for a drive this morning, but it's gonna snow. |
wish my sleeplessness was Porsche related....
I will drive mine tomorrow. |
