Late October Polar Bear update

Since the move I have been getting back at it, actually spent some hours on it since the last pictures but it's hard to notice. Lots of time in it and a LOT of time needed. I hope to have it done soon after the first of the year. or if I hit it hard, by Christmas.
As I have said, this started out as a piece of Turkish Marble, about 800lbs, now down to about 350. Just a guess, I haven't weighed it yet but I know to move it we needed a forklift.

Well, color me impressed. Anybody that can do that has my admiration, that's for sure. I'm sure that the final product will be impressive. Be sure to post when you are done.

I can just imagine trying something like that.

I didn't think about this when I started. It's too big to bring home, a lot of places won't want it in their gallery because it's so heavy. The Zoo would be a good spot. When it's finished I will have to go with some pictures, but they will probably want it as a donation. That won't happen.
After this I am sticking with under 100 lbs.
