Just doing it for your own peace of mind, the cheaper one is probably fine. Occasionally you will run across something that requires red road first aid or cpr, but it's rare unless you are involved in scouting or some other organization.

We usually buy first aid kits, trauma cases, etc from Boundtree Medical. Heck, they even have an "Active Shooter" kit, we live in some crazy times...
