Try living in Portland sometime.

You'll never truly understand the JOY that comes from hurling a open container of yogurt at your typical hipster bike snob with entitlement issues.

Get over the details and realize that

poopyheads drive cars, ride mottos, and bicycles. They're everywhere.

Don't be one. Nice way to start is by not being a deck on the internet.

Is it unfair that the perception precedes even those who ride with regards to the law and their general safety? Yes. But the overwhelming majority of riders I see are jackasses on the road...And they will crash. It's not if, but when.
Then like many car drivers, you probably don't even see a large number of riders because you don't notice them (or you're looking at your phone).

A minority of bike riders are jackasses. And around here, frankly the sport bikes guys tend to be a minority of that minority. But maybe FL is different...

And you can easily change the noun: Although sports cars, and especially Porsches, do attract a lot of of those personalities that are arrogant, aggressive and unnecessary risk taking.

You're making a lot of assumptions.

I saw them. I knew they would be idiots once I saw the pack. I also saw the headlights on both sides coming up behind me. I notice them.

Bikers just have such a terrible reputation that all of you are tainted with this. Just so you know, it only takes a few bad apples to have everyone pissed off at your community.

And yes, it's an overwhelming majority. I see these kids street racing every single weekend late at night. If they pull a stunt and mess up, I will not help...Just like I didn't help the deck in the ratty Ford truck who was driving 70 mph on the same road in the rain and almost crashed into numerous cars before spinning out on an on ramp.

Yeah, I hear ya. I saw a couple of Porsches racing up the freeway the other day, so I pretty much think all Porsche owners are jackasses. And dumb, too.

There are times when I'd like to see one of these idiots.

with one of these.

The situation described in the post fit the bill.

And yes, it's an overwhelming majority. I see these old farts canyon carving every single weekend. Then having a latte at Starbucks. With no foam. Reprobates...
