IPhones are hacked all of the time, no platform is more secure than another as long as they are connected to a common net.

Scott R and bio,
The iPhones were not hacked. Their iCloud accounts were hacked because the "Find iPhone" app did not limit the number of password failures. This had been fixed. The iPhone platform is quite a bit more secure than Android.
