It was announced today that Charlie Sheen is HIV-positive and has known for about 3 years. Let the lawsuits commence.

While I never partied with the pointy things, I would think that he could afford a few clean needles...

My money is on the porn queens.

I think he needs to go to prison to get the treatment he needs.

Looks like his ex wife is clean so he got it after that. I have had medical people tell me getting it from women isn't that common. Unless you go anal. There has to be trauma, blood flow.

HIV can be treated, or rather controlled, quite well now. He can probably have no detectable virus in his bloodstream for the rest of his life. The drugs are not cheap but that's not a problem for him, actually most of us could afford them too.
