Porsche Parade 2016...anyone else having trouble registering?

Been trying to register since Saturday for the phase I portion (housing). Haven't been able to get in at any time...even at 3 in the morning.

Anyone else having trouble?

Wow, I guess I got lucky. I got registered with zero issues and it was fast and easy.

I went to a local PCA breakfast, and returned home at 11:00 AM central time so I figured I would give it a shot. Easy Peazy.

Last year the registration process was a horrible ordeal. Hopefully Phase 2 this year will be easier.

Registering is one thing. Making hotel reservations is another. I'll pass on the Porsche parade after the disappointment of not being able to get registered last year. The PCA needs to take notice of this process and move it to the 21st century.

The big problem is they try to use a hotel that just a little small. Last year there were two large hotels. I am surprised you could not find a room. They did have over 1,100 members registered and they figure about 2.2 people per registration. Not many hotels can handle that.
