If it went cheap enough, it would be fun to mount that running gear in a retro funny car, or Gasser. Run it without the nitomethane (just on alcohol), and it would have some longevity to the motor, and other components.

Not up on drag race history, sounds to have been pieced together from wrecked parts.
Probably good for show piece only.
