Based on cooking the Italians would have put my wife to death years ago.

Above is the summary of the law according to the Telegraph. It's not gender specific. The article (especially the last line) appears skewed at first blush.

It's going to be real cold. Trial in October.

However, depending on the accepted degree of gender inequality that exists in Italy, she may be scrubbing her behind off for the next nine months.

Sounds like a "Blue Law." Bet there is more to the story.

It is just astonishing that this story is not out of Florida.

Even more astonishing it is not a USA based case. The entire thing is just beyond stupid.
