Question to someone with MLS broker access....

Hi All,

Could someone with access to the broker remarks please help me with a question? I am interested in MLS Ref# F1367535, but cant read the broker remarks. I would like to know which bank owns it, and anything else stated in the broker remarks.

I have a realtor but there are questionmarks I want to straighten out by myself.

Any help would be very appreciated! Please email johan at autopower dot se or send me a PM.

Regards,

Johan

Technically the broker notes in mls are not to be shared. And the only way to see them most likely is to be a member of the specific mls the property is listed with. Tax records will tell you most of what you want to know.

And if you can't get this basic info from your realtor, you need a better realtor. I would rather have my client bugging me asking me to look stuff up, than finding out they are digging up God knows what info on the web. I had a client do that, she actually ended up getting in the way of progress.

Just my .02 as a realtor in AZ. Anything more is my professional opinion and comes with an exorbitant fee!

Thanks guys, you helped me find the missing info. It was just a process question I wanted to understand; There was an extra fee that I havent heard of before, and now I know it was an auction fee.

Johan
