Big fat knarly storm!

Up here on the northeast coast, it's been snowin' and blowin' all day and is going to keep doing that until tomorrow noon, with a repeat performance on Sunday or Monday.

Thought we paid our dues last year, but I guess they want more and more.

We're sinners I guess.

We could use that in Montana. Its going to be in the 50s here next week, which is very odd. Very little snow this year, at least in this part of the state.

We only got three inches this time. I'm thinking mid Feb will be another big blow.

We're more than 2 feet below normal so far. I've only plowed the driveway twice this winter.

Funny thing: Here in Western Nova Scotia, we got mostly rain mixed with a bit of snow through the day. It changed to snow after 6 PM and was almost all over except for a bit of drifting by 10 PM.
The school board is looking a bit silly, as they cancelled all schools in three counties in anticipation of a snowfall which did not happen. You can't win 'em all.
I'll give the driveway a swipe this morning and check on the MIL, but it was no biggie.

How's the recovery coming, Dennis?

Best

Seems to be going good, Les. Feel fine, I'm a bit more thankful for little things I guess. Not to be melodramatic, but ......

Here in western NY where we normally get snow by the foot, and are up to are arm pits in it by this time of the year. So far at my place, we have had less than 14" all season! Plus temps have been above freezing most of the time. No snow is nice for a change, and I don't miss it at all. They say it will be cold next week with snow, but then they said that for this weekend. Tomorrow now will be 48º, so we will have to wait and see.
