At best you might get a few of them if you over take, and then turn off and on and off your own lights a few times.. or perhaps have the hazards blink a few times as well.

But it's a lot of work trying to get them to figure out they need to put their lights on.
I've often thought of getting a LED display box in my rear window with exactly that message.

Meanwhile, in Yurp somewhere... I think this occurred where some big, important meeting of Wurl Leaders was taking place and these are "protesters."
