Hey Vash

Remember that package you shipped me?

Finally got around to getting the bumper swap done.

I may just leave them black, I kinda like it.

Thanks again for the assist Cliff.

Nah, was not bad at all. Only like $180.00 IIRC.

The freakout was because they went through the dimension scanner at a bit of an angle which added an extra inch or two to the overall dims which would have made it more like $800.00

When they showed up my buddy around the corner who is a Director for FedEx came over and measured and confirmed the correct size. Told me if they tried to charge me more he'd fix it but it never came to that.

Agree. Looks like you needed bodywork and ran out of money...

I actually like the black bumper look on that car....but I would definitely Fuch it up were it mine...

Since SM asked

Nice car...I had a spare deck lid shipped to me years ago as I "was going to add a tail" but changed my mind later, that was a similar color from memory. What color is that?

Black Fuchs would compliment those black bumpers quite nicely IMO

It's Smokey Quartz.

Still have that deck lid?

I could actually use another. I've got a 964 lid and a proper Carrera tail with factory rubber for it but just can't decide which way to go. The 964 route means relocating AC stuff and I just don't know if I want to get involved with that.

I've had 7 and 9 Fuchs on the car in the past.

I actually like the more modern rim.

Sorry Scott but it's long gone. Had the decklid and a NIB tail sitting around for a couple of years before deciding I preferred the clean lines better. I'm just pickin' about the Fuchs, but it is what I'd do . I like the black headlight rings, black bumpers, and that color combo though....works for "me"....sweet looking car!
