Seriously though...have you called them? They probably have a whole dept/division for stuff like this. Went to sell a boat last year and a now defunct bank (Wachovia) still had a lein on it from 25 years ago. What I thought was going to be a major hassle was handled promptly by a call to Wells Fargo....
