Autocrossing my '70 911 is by far the most fun I've had driving. Enjoyed other cars but the 911 pushed hard at safer speeds is a hoot. Did an evolution driving school autox class in it. Wasn't the fastest but was surely the star.

Agree I'd do that again, on cookie cutters with bias ply cantilever slicks, 23 inch tall 8s or 9s. :)
Great fun no nannies.

Handles like a bit bigger Miata with WAY more power. And it always draws a crowd.

I ran those slicks on a 914/6. Cheap used and a hoot. Big suspension loads though.

A friend's Interseries Cayman. That car could do anything from anywhere on a race track- no matter how stupid I might be.

The same friend had a 72 RS (the real thing). I was going to go easy on it but the car wouldn't have it. It came alive when you drove it hard and begged for more. Not that fast by today's standards but the upper rev range and the steering feel were nirvana.

My old 993. It was dialed in and fit me like a glove. I was an idiot to sell it.
