Any Excel, Open Office Calc Geeks? Need percentage formula

Any Excel, Open Office Calc Geeks? Need a cell percentage formula please.

He scored 5 goals for every 28 shots on net.
What is his percentage of goals per shot on net?
rounded to one decimal place

I know how to cross multiply it on paper but I need to know how to enter it into a cell.
Below gets me everything but the percent.

=ROUND(H10/B10;1) which is "28/5 rounded to one decimal place" but I still need the percent.

Should be 5/28

Then multiply by 100

=(round(B10/H10;1)*100)

Mark,
More than one way to do it. Either place =Round(H10/B10,1) into a cell and format it to a percentage or do this: =ROUND((H10/B10)*100,1)&"%"
