Looking for info on high end car storage / track / live-work facilities
I'm researching high end car 'storage' facilities. The type of facilities I'm looking for are those where each garage unit include a significant number of amenities - think bathroom, small kitchen, shop, living room, possibly even crash pad. Basically a mini version of Jay Leno's garage. Possibly located directly on a private or public race track. Any leads appreciated.

Couple here but no track , believe it or not they are selling like hot cakes and the entry fee....wait for it....$250,000.00

Putnam park. nice road course. being a member of the club there is pretty cool...know a couple guys who are members. 17x40 garage with lights, electrical, and air. includes track days, etc.
