I'm in the asset liquidation business. By far and a way, find a good auctioneer on that will really promote the sale. Have a few companies come in and give you bids. You will be able to tell pretty quick the people that know what they are doing vs the one's that don't. Do a good complete inventory of the shop. As we all know on here tools are expensive and hold their value.
