A house with a train set (or two) for sale in Oregon

I stumbled across this house for sale today. Incredible is the only way to describe it.
Has any anyone been there?

Thoughts of tearing up the track and converting it's route into a go-kart track.

I'm loving trains- as well as- how the real estate agent has to appeal to that 1 in 10 million human scale train lover...

(because as we all know- the key to envisioning the house, is envisioning YOUR trains on those tracks...no their trains...)

Edit- Someobody really put a lot of time into those trains- I wish them the best of luck!

Well for that same 2.9m you could buy an even nicer house and a real railroad.

Beyond WOW... That's a life's work right there!

Did you see the wooden bridges? True frontier style.

I don't see how he had time to earn a living. He had a full time job building all that stuff. I bet he hates to see it go to someone else.

Very cool--that indoor lay-out was incredible as well. Although I don't think they mentioned "world class" enough times.

Pretty silly use of your time in my book - but whatever floats your boat. It is nice to see someone was able to realize their dreams and build something. It beats playing golf or watching TV! My model building would involve 1:1 scale toys such as cars, air planes, boats etc.
